To insure a spot in the studio for the 2012 -2013 calendar year, a non-refundable registration fee of $99.00 (30 minute lesson), $148.00 (45 minute lesson), or $198.00 (60 minute lesson) is required. Please fill out and submit the attached form to Mrs. Purchase with the registration fee and a signed copy of the student/parental contract.
