Tuition and Fees

2017 - 2018

Lessons fees remain low, due to division of tuition into 10 equal payments. Tuition is due by the first lesson of each of the 10 months of the studio year (September - June). Tuition is non-refundable.

Annual Tuition

Sixty minute lesson: $2150.00.00 tuition for the year; $215.00/month (September-June)

Forty-five minute lesson: $1600.00 tuition for the year; $160.00/month (September - June)

Thirty minute lesson:  $1100.00 tuition for the year; $110.00/month (September - June)

Lesson fees are due in advance on the first week of the month (September - June).

A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for tuition fees not received by the 10th of each month.

Registration Fees

To insure a spot in the studio for the 2017 -2018 calendar year, a non-refundable registration fee of $110.00 (30 minute lesson), $160.00 (45 minute lesson), $215.00 (60 minute lesson),  is required. This fee is due by July 1, 2017. After that date, the open time slots will be given to students on the waiting list.

Materials Fees

The cost of music, extra theory packets and competition entry fees will be added to your monthly tuition payment as they occur.

Activities Fees

Beginning in August of this year, a non refundable Activities fee of $167.50 for those enrolled in the Conservatory and Competitive Tracks and $92.50 for students enrolled in the Educational Track will be due by August 1, 2017.

This fee will cover the Christmas Recital, Spring Recital, FSMTA Student Day Examination Fee, Federation Entry Fee (1 event), National Guild Audition Entry Fee (except for Diploma Candidates and International Programs), plus the Student Day Theory Packets for the Conservatory and Competition Tracks.

The Activities Fee for the Educational and Enrichment Track will cover the Christmas Recital, Spring Recital and Theory Packets.

This will help you with your bookkeeping, and will also eliminate the need for many reminders, as well as the delays in registering students for events throughout the year.

When you fill out and send in your child’s Registration form, along with the Registration fee, the Course of Study should be clearly marked. The Registration form and fee is due by July 1, 2017 and the Activities fee is due by August 1, 2017. Of course, the Activities fee can be included in your child’s registration package if it is convenient for you to do so.

Please go to the website www.klassicallycool.com and click on the tab at the top titled Course of Study to decide which is best for your child.

This Activities fee will not include costs for music, repertoire and CD’s, or other materials specifically purchased for your child’s lessons.

The fee for summer lessons is $40.00 per 30 minutes, $60.00 per 45 minutes, $80.00 per 60 minutes.

Please pay by the individual lesson at the time of the lesson, unless you wish to pay for a group of lessons at a time.
